DVHS Campus Visit Procedure
DVHS is a closed campus. All visitors between 7:45 a.m. and 4:15 p.m. must check in at the Attendance Office and obtain a visitor badge. Students may not bring guests to school during school hours.
Former DVHS students (any age) may not visit DVHS during school hours unless they have a specific education purpose (i.e. guest speaker). Former students may not drop in and visit their former teachers during the school day; prior arrangement must be made with the teacher, and the teacher must notify the front office of the date & time of the visit.
Per School Board Policy 1250 and Penal Code 627.2, "All outsiders shall register in accordance with law immediately upon entering any school building or grounds when school is in session."

Visitors are not allowed to meet with teachers or go to a classroom without an appointment. Please make arrangements with the teacher directly via email or phone. Teachers will notify the front office of the appointment so that your arrival is expected. Visitors must sign in at the front office and obtain a visitor's badge before being escorted to your meeting.

When visiting the campus, please park in one of the marked visitor stalls in the main parking lot (under the solar panels). If these stalls are filled, you may park elsewhere in the main lot. To avoid a parking ticket, please obtain a visitor parking pass from the front office when you check in.
