School counselors are here to help and support you with personal, academic and college/career planning.

School counselors strive to empower all students to maximize their potential.  In partnership with other educators, parents, and community members, school counselors support the educational community to ensure all students are prepared with the knowledge and skills needed for success in an ever changing world.

• The last date to make changes to your 24-25 school year schedule is Friday, April 19th. Email your assigned counselor your requests.

• After April 19th, your schedule change requests will be added to a waitlist. (email your requests to your counselor) You will be informed of the status of your request during the last week of school.

• Schedule change requests will not be accepted over the summer and will need to be made once school starts in August.

• All course drops are handled through the student's counselor. Students must discuss the course drop with their assigned counselor who will explain the process to the student.
• Schedule changes made after the 3rd week of the semester (January 26, 2024) will result in a record of the drop on the student's transcript.
• A NM (No Mark) is assigned for students who are earning 60% or above at the time of the drop.
• An F will be assigned to students earning below 60% at the time of the drop.
• Please note that a switch to a lower level class (if possible) will result in the grade from the dropped class transfering to the new class. 
• The last day for students to drop a class for the spring semester is Wednesday, May, 29, 2024.
